PollsRewards Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Who we are

PollsRewards (pollsrewards.com) is owned and operated by Dale Network Corporation, a California corporation ("Dale Network," "PollsRewards," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6850 Bovey Ave, Reseda, CA 91335.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This policy also serves as our notice at collection under California law. The categories of information we collect, why we collect them, whether we sell or share them, and how long we keep them are described below.

  • Information we collect

    Information you give us. When you register and use PollsRewards, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, gender, ZIP code, and, if you choose to provide it, your occupation, household information, and personal interests. We also collect your survey responses, your rewards activity, and your PayPal email address if you redeem rewards. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send. To prevent fraud, we may ask for proof of identity before paying a reward.

    Information we collect automatically. When you visit or use the Services we collect log and usage data (IP address, browser type and settings, device characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, pages viewed, dates and times, and actions taken), device data (device and app identifiers, mobile carrier or internet provider), and location data. Location is normally approximate and derived from your IP address. If you allow your device to share precise location, we may receive that too, and you can turn it off in your device settings. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies.

    Information from partners. Survey clients, exchanges, and marketplaces that supply surveys to us may send us information such as whether you completed or qualified for a survey. Advertising and analytics providers may send us information about how you interacted with our ads.

  • How we use your information

    We use personal information to:

    • create and manage your account and match you with surveys based on your profile;
    • pay rewards and administer the Services;
    • send service messages, respond to your requests, and provide support;
    • send marketing and promotional messages in line with your preferences (you can opt out at any time);
    • measure and improve the Services and our advertising, and show you personalized ads;
    • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, and security incidents; and
    • comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and respond to lawful requests.

    We do not use personal information in ways that are incompatible with the purposes above without giving you notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.

  • How we share your information

    Service providers that host our systems, store data, run analytics, send email, process payments (such as PayPal), and help prevent fraud. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

    Survey clients and partners that supply surveys and offers, when needed for you to take part or to credit your reward.

    Promotional partners. At signup we may present offers from named partners, each with its own Yes/No choice. If you say Yes, we send the information that partner needs (for example your name, email address, and ZIP code) to that partner, which may pay us for that referral. The partner's privacy policy governs its use of your information.

    Advertising partners. We use advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google AdSense, and the Meta Pixel. These tools collect or receive identifiers and activity data from our site so they can measure performance and deliver targeted ads. Under California law this is "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising (see below).

    Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of PollsRewards, our members, or others.

    Business transfers. If Dale Network is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • Advertising, cookies, and tracking

    We use session cookies and persistent cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, track survey responses and offers, record statistics, and support advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may stop working.

    To manage interest-based advertising, you can use: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, Digital Advertising Alliance, and Network Advertising Initiative. You can also use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

    Global Privacy Control. We treat a browser signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and, where we can link it, the associated account. Our site does not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.

  • Digital fingerprinting

    We use digital fingerprinting (a unique identifier based on your device's technical settings, characteristics, and IP address), directly or through a vendor, for quality control, validation, and fraud prevention, such as identifying duplicate or fraudulent respondents. Fingerprinting data is used for real-time verification and is not permanently stored, sold, or shared.

  • Age requirement

    PollsRewards is for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly and remove them from our lists. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at support@pollsrewards.com.

  • How long we keep information

    We keep personal information for as long as you have an account and as needed to pay rewards, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Accounts that stay inactive for two years are removed under our Terms and Conditions. When you close your account or it is removed, we delete or de-identify your contact details and other identifying information, keeping only anonymous survey responses and any records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment records).

  • Security

    Your account is password-protected, and we encrypt data in transit using SSL/TLS. Access to personal information is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. Never share your password. We will never ask for it by phone or unsolicited email. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Your privacy choices

    Opt out of sale and sharing. Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in our website footer, turn on GPC in your browser, or email support@pollsrewards.com with the subject "Opt-Out." You do not need an account, and we do not need to verify your identity for an opt-out.

    Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any email or write to support@pollsrewards.com.

    Account access and deletion. You can edit your account information at any time after logging in, and you can ask us to delete or deactivate your account by contacting support@pollsrewards.com.

  • California privacy notice (CCPA/CPRA)

    This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this policy. It covers the last 12 months.

    Sale and sharing. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do both in the ways shown in the table, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 18. You can opt out at any time (see "Your privacy choices").

    Sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only to verify identity and prevent fraud, to provide the Services you request, and for other purposes the law allows without a right to limit. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

    Your California rights

    • Know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
    • Delete: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, transaction records, security, and fraud prevention).
    • Correct: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
    • Opt out of sale and sharing: at any time, as described above.
    • Limit use of sensitive personal information: not applicable, because we use it only for permitted purposes.
    • Non-discrimination: we will not deny you the Services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service for exercising your rights.

    How to make a request

    Email support@pollsrewards.com with the subject "California Privacy Request," or write to Dale Network Corporation, Attn: Privacy, 6850 Bovey Ave, Reseda, CA 91335. Tell us which right you want to use.

    Verification. To protect your account, we will verify know, delete, and correct requests by matching your request to the account email address and asking you to confirm through a verification email. We may ask for a little more information if we cannot verify you.

    Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend once by up to 45 more days and will tell you why.

    Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent. We may require written permission from you and may verify your identity directly with you.

    Frequency. You may make a request to know up to twice in a 12-month period.

    Financial incentives

    We offer rewards, including a signup bonus and payments for completed surveys, in exchange for your participation, which involves collecting and using the information you provide. This is the core of the Services, not a separate program. You can stop participating at any time by closing your account. The value of rewards is reasonably related to the value of the information and participation you provide, because survey clients pay for member input.

    California "Shine the Light"

    Under California Civil Code 1798.83, California residents may ask once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing and who received it. Email support@pollsrewards.com with "Shine the Light" in the subject.

  • Residents of other U.S. states

    If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Use the request methods above. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@pollsrewards.com with the subject "Appeal." We will respond within the time your state's law requires, and if you disagree with our decision you may contact your state attorney general.

  • Users outside the United States

    Our servers are in the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil (LGPD), or Mexico (LFPDPPP), you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Mexican residents may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition). To make a request, email support@pollsrewards.com. Where we transfer information out of the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. By providing your information you acknowledge it will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

  • Third-party sites

    The Services may link to third-party websites, advertisers, and partners. Their privacy practices are not covered by this policy, and we encourage you to read their policies. Do not post personal information in public areas, because others may collect and use it.

  • Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where the law requires, we will notify you or ask for your consent.
