1. About these Terms

PollsRewards (pollsrewards.com) is owned and operated by Dale Network Corporation, a California corporation ("Dale Network," "PollsRewards," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6850 Bovey Ave, Reseda, CA 91335.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our website, surveys, offers, and related services (the "Services"). By registering for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • 2. Eligibility and registration

    You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into this agreement.

    When you register you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, and ZIP code), to keep it up to date, and to keep your password and login credentials secure. You may have only one account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

  • 3. Fees

    There is no fee to join or participate. If we ever decide to charge fees for any part of the Services, we will update these Terms and give you the chance to accept or stop using that part of the Services before you are charged.

  • 4. Surveys and rewards

    Earning rewards. The reward for each survey is shown in the survey invitation or on the website and may vary depending on factors such as your profile and your choices about sharing information. To receive the full reward you must complete the survey in full and provide accurate answers. Some surveys may not be available to you, and completing a survey does not guarantee a reward if it is not validated (for example, if a survey client rejects the response or we detect fraud).

    Redeeming rewards. Once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the Rewards area of the website, you can request payment by following the instructions there. We currently pay through PayPal and may offer other methods. Reward amounts and the minimum redemption amount may change from time to time, and we will post current amounts in the Rewards area.

    Identity verification. To prevent fraud, we may ask for photo identification or other reasonable proof of identity before making a payment. Payment will be held until we receive and approve the requested documents. If you do not provide adequate proof within a reasonable time, the payment may be forfeited.

    Expiration. Rewards you earn from surveys are valid for 12 months from the award date. Rewards not redeemed by the 366th day after being credited will expire and be removed from your balance, except where applicable law requires otherwise. When you redeem, we deduct the oldest rewards first.

    Reward partners. Some rewards are provided by third-party reward partners. We are not responsible for, and make no warranty about, rewards provided by those partners.

  • 5. Partner offers and promotions

    At signup and elsewhere we may show offers from named partners, each with its own Yes/No choice. Each offer is optional, and you can decline any of them. If you accept an offer, we may send the partner the information it needs (as described in our Privacy Policy), and we may be paid for the referral. The partner's terms and privacy policy govern your relationship with it, and we are not responsible for the partner's products, services, or practices. Promotions on PollsRewards may be sponsored or co-sponsored by other companies, and information collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. We will tell you before that happens.

  • 6. Fraud prevention and account actions

    We use quality-control and fraud-prevention tools, including digital fingerprinting as described in our Privacy Policy. If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have not complied with these Terms or have engaged in fraud, abuse, or other inappropriate activity (including duplicate accounts, false answers, or automated responses), we may cancel or suspend your account, invalidate your registrations and rewards, deny redemption, or restrict your access to the Services. Rewards obtained through fraud or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

  • 7. Inactive accounts

    If your account stays inactive for two years (you do not log in, confirm an email communication, or take part in a survey), we may permanently remove it, and unredeemed rewards will be forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise (including unclaimed property laws). If we learn that an account holder has died, we will close the account. Contact support@pollsrewards.com about any balance.

  • 8. Your responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • comply with all applicable laws and not cause us to violate any law;
    • participate in good faith and give accurate, non-misleading answers, and not give responses that are inconsistent with your prior responses or statistically improbable;
    • communicate respectfully with our personnel, and not send content that is obscene, threatening, hateful, harassing, or illegal; and
    • not use the Services for anything unlawful, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

    You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing; that contains private information of another person; that contains viruses or harmful code; or that contains advertising or spam.

  • 9. Confidentiality of surveys

    Information and content made available to you in the Services, including survey content, may contain confidential or proprietary information of Dale Network or its clients and suppliers. You must keep it confidential, not disclose it to anyone, and not use it for any purpose other than your own participation in the Services. Tell us promptly if you learn of any unauthorized use or disclosure.

  • 10. Your content and feedback

    You may give us survey responses, ideas, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You confirm you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute User Content and any feedback you send us for our business purposes, including improving the Services, without compensation to you. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • 11. Ownership of the Services

    The Services, including the PollsRewards name, logo, website, text, and software, are owned by Dale Network or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

  • 12. Third-party content and links

    The Services may include links to or content from third parties, including advertisers, survey clients, and partners. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or for how third parties handle your information. You use third-party content at your own risk, and information you submit on a third-party site is governed by that site's privacy policy.

  • 13. Disclaimer of warranties

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DALE NETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (THE "PROVIDERS") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SUBMISSION OR TRANSACTION WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN A PARTICULAR TIME. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO PART OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  • 14. Limitation of liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DALE NETWORK NOR ANY OTHER PROVIDER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PART OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  • 15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dale Network and the other Providers from any costs, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

  • 16. Termination

    You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting support@pollsrewards.com. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

  • 17. Privacy

    Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

  • 18. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and Dale Network consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

  • 19. General

    You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We are not in breach of these Terms if we cannot perform because of events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, government action, or communications failures. You and Dale Network are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.

  • 20. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or a notice on the site). Changes apply going forward. If you keep using the Services after the change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
